Westflight Festival 2005 in Aachen
For
the third time the Westflight Festival took place. More than 40.000
fans of the civil aviation pilgrimaged to Aachen, to have a look at
the flight delicacies like the Swiss Airforce. The nine pilots of
the PC-7-Team presented that precision work is not only a privilege
of the Swiss watch maker.
Airplanes
and helicopter showed a varied program on top level.
MadMikeKüng`s
paragliding aerobattle show was an exceptional attraction between
all the metal in the air. After his drop from UL-hangglider the public
watched him very impressed. What the hell is all possible with a piece
of nylon and some hundred metres of Kevlar lines. The spectators applauded
with buzz when MadMike parallel to a biplane take off landed directly
in front of their feet.
